Katie and Adrian - A Highland Fling
Tuesday, April 20, 2010 at 4:27PM When we first met Katie and Adrian we immediately hit it off as if we were old friends. Since then we have seen the home they have renovated together. Met their two beloved dogs. Walked those dogs in the rain. Feasted on Katie's Choc-Hazelnut Cupcakes. Hiked to Kondalilla Falls near Montville with them to film their love story and finally we filmed their wedding day on Sunday.
Katie and Adrian were married at Maleny Manor on the Blackall Range in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland and with Katie's Dad and Brothers sporting some fine kilts in the Davidson tartan one could easily believe we were in the Scottish Highlands.
Adrian's family provided plenty of colour too with many of the ladies wearing brilliantly hued saris.
Katie and Adrian's "Mini Me" flower-girl and pageboy stole the show with their adorable looks and the bridesmaids and groomsmen were all pictures of elegance and style.

OMG! We had the most wonderful day! Richelle and Shane were fantastic throughout the lead up to the wedding and on the day. In fact, Richelle ended up helping Katie with things at the wedding that really count as bridesmaid duties!!! We're so grateful for their involvement in our day! Seeing the teaser for the first time brought tears to our eyes. Well, actually, Katie has cried each time she's watched it (which is about a thousand times)! It is so good to be able to watch our day unfold in the way that our beautiful guests would have seen it. We're not quite sure how we're going to be able to wait to see our Love Story and our final Feature when we return from our honeymoon. It is just too exciting!
Guys, how would you describe this video? Words would only go to curtailing your efforts and quality of the video. Admittingly, Adrian and Katie are beautiful subjects which made your jobs easier, but still..... amazing.
